Merion, Inc. – Increase of Authorized Shares and Amendments to Articles of Incorporation or Bylaws

On October 12, 2020, the Board of Directors of Merion, Inc. (the “Company”) approved an amendment (the “Amendment”) to the Company’ Articles of Incorporation to increase the number of authorized shares of common stock of the Company from 200,000,000 to 1,000,000,000 (the “shares Increase”). Also, on October 12, 2020, the stockholder holding a majority of the Company’s outstanding shares of common stock approved the Amendment.

The Amendment was filed with the Secretary of State for the State of Nevada on October 13, 2020 and has become effective on October 13, 2020. On October 15, 2020, the Company has filed the Certificate of Amendment to Articles of Incorporation, FORM-8K, to United States Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
